Art, design and functionality come together in a collection of sunglasses by neubau eyewear.
neubau eyewear is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the pioneering Bauhaus design era with their special edition model Walter & Wassily, a homage to Bauhaus founder Walter Gropius and the painter Wassily Kandinsky.
Drawing inspiration from Bauhaus, the titanium frame references the bent steel tube furniture while the round framing of the eyes pays homage to the circle as one of the period's defining elements.
neubau eyewear's attention to style and quality goes hand in hand with the definition of high environmental standards in every aspect of production, under the motto "SEE & DO GOOD". The exclusive frame that surrounds the lens is obtained with 3D printing, which avoids waste production.
Furthermore, this type of printing has made it possible to create perforated side wings for perfect ventilation, able to protect even from the most intense light reverberation.
This collection will be available in 3 different color combinations: white/black, black/silver and black/brass and will be presented at the Isola Design District. You can come see and buy your favorite model in Milan Design Market, from the 9th to the 14th of April, open from 11 am to 9 pm
